Address Changes

Address changes for in-hand orders are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase.

After this window, I'll ship your order to the confirmed address. 

For pre-orders, please message me on Instagram or through the contact page here with the updated shipping address as soon as possible. Address changes for preorders must be 72 hours before shipment, otherwise I will ship to the address from the original order. If an address change is requested after tracking has already provided, I cannot offer a refund or exchange.

I update regularly on pin productions on Instagram, so please follow closely if purchasing a presale, as a pin will be shipped to the address originally provided if an address change is not requested.

Note that we cannot process address changes if the new address is in a different country.

 I do not accept cancellations for drop buddies, so please coordinate amongst yourselves for payment arrangements prior to the drop. Any related requests will be politely declined.
